Say No to These Foods When Dieting

When you are dieting, just simply say no to these foods:

  • Ice Cream – frozen sugar and fat
  • Pizza – 300 calories a slice of oil and cheese
  • Hot dogs – high sodium meat, meat fat, cereal filler, and spices
  • Condiments – oils and fat
  • Chicken Wings – fattiest part of the chicken as the skin is pure fat, 200-400 calories a wing

  1. OMG. I did not know chicken wings have that many calories. I always thought that selecting a wings meal instead of the thighs or breast would keep the calories count low.
