			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One thing you should know is that Jeremy Lin does not like to cook. For every meal that he eats, he must selectively choose the right combination of proteins to maintain an NBA physique that helps him endure the grueling 82 games schedule per NBA season.</p>
<p>Every day, he must consume 1 gram of protein for every pound he weighs, 8 servings of vegetables, and 5 large bottles of water (20 oz is about a large size bottle) to keep him energized for all the workouts that took him from an undrafted basketball player to the starting point guard of the New York Knicks.</p>
<p><strong>A typical daily meal plan for Jeremy Lin</strong></p>
<p><strong>Breakfast</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5 eggs</li>
<li>Ham, turkey, or other lean meats</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Post Workout</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Protein shake with 30 grams of protein</li>

<p>Main point is that you have to learn to <strong>do it for yourself </strong>(because we all push ourselves to do things for work, or for the kids on a regular basis while forgetting ourselves). It is your own body, take care of it.</p>

<p>The important thing is to find out the underlying reasons behind binge eating. Kristin Gerstley suffered from binge eating, and weighed as much as 190 pounds and lost nearly 60 pounds once she figured out that she had to stop binge eating.</p>
