After becoming a mother, Kelly Clarkson put on some post-baby weight.

Fruit Juice is As Fattening as Beer

Fruit juice may be advertised as healthy, but the number of calories are as much as beer. Next time you crave fruit juice, go for the whole fruit that is unprocessed with all the minerals and vitamins still intact. (You know fruit juice is not what it appears when manufacturers have to inject extra vitamins into the juices to make it more appealing.)

Replace fruit juice with water and whole fruits, then you are well on your way of losing weight.

Cereal is Bad for Weight Loss

Let’s repeat that again. Cereal is bad for weight loss.

Why?

A majority of cereals have a lot of sugar. When mixed with milk, it is a double whammy on your dieting goals.

If you are serious about losing weight, enjoy yourself a hard boiled egg instead of a bowl of cereal. Then when you are hungry, snack on some cashews and nuts.

Sure, the food choices are not exciting. You want to loss weight right? Then eat healthy.

Reason Behind Why Some Women Lose Weight

A women in her early 30’s was doing a two day liquid diet in hopes of dropping 5 more pounds. The diet included a couple of bottles of juice like liquids that cost around $120 to help with detox.

Her reason was that the guy she adores but had not seen in the last two years was moving closer to her vicinity for his new job.

The caveat was that she was not over weight by a long shot at 5 feet 10 inches, and weighed 120 lbs at the time. Any thinner, she could have been labeled with an eating disorder. In the end, why are people so crazy thinking that an extra 5 pounds would make them perfect?

Even if she did manage to achieve the 115 lbs at 5’10, she wouldn’t be healthy and risk a lot to gain a relationship that subjects her to looking thin.

Avoid Hangovers Because It Is Destroying Your Diet

Every time you are hungover from a night of drinking, you have set yourself back on average of 500-600 liquid calories.

Before you drink, remember that liquid courage will go straight to your thighs if you really want to lose weight.

Drink in moderation. However if you choose to drink and pass out, chances are that you will gain weight and become fat without eating anything.
